One of the issues mentioned quality would jump to a better level after ~9 seconds, so here's a longer video to test that.

Going to try uploading videos in various formats to see what Bluesky does with them. Last video is served by Bluesky's CDN at 360p despite being almost double that in width, and well over that in height. Theory 1: increasing the width slightly more to > 720px will double quality.
