I remember that. I saw that DSOM tour live… amazingly I organised a minibus for myself and a bunch of fellow 14yr old students from Middlesbrough to see PF at Newcastle Odeon in 1973.

Our son still uses mine and my wife’s 1980 Winter Olympic Canon AE-1 professionally in his work for Adidas / Carhartt / Nike. Great camera.

Skinningrove was (and still is) a weird insular place. When I was a young teen in the early 70s myself and others (from Redcar) were once chased across the beach by a gang of about 30 SkinnyG youths intent on beating us up!

I stole a pack of playing cards from the old Redcar WHS in about 1969 when I was 10. It was always the meeting point in late teens.
