My latest art jam, ceramic mushrooms. This is what happens when you teach 12 year olds... #artteacherlife
Working on a new series, it started with drawing, then printmaking, then collage. I have now moved on to painting. Here is one of the collages, manual and then digitally altered. Inspired by the 1970's cover art of Madeleine L'Engle's "Wind in the Door" Proginoskes the cherubim.

My dad passed away a week ago today. I miss him terribly and wish I had spent more time with him in his last years. This is a photo of us together in 1973, camping on Vancouver Island. We lived in Edmonton then and moved to Victoria in 1975, the year I turned 4. Hug your people lots!
