I made steak tips for the first time tonight! Hubs is from New England & orders them whenever we visit. So I wanted to make them! Got the steak from Good Chop; marinated it in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, & French vinaigrette. Delicious! (w/ a rice medley & roast Brussels sprouts) #CookingSky 🍽️

Veterans Day gratitude to all who’ve served. My dad is a Vietnam War vet, involuntarily drafted. Here he is with my mom, walking me down the aisle at my wedding. He and a Marine vet buddy of his often talk about how true patriots don’t advocate for war, because war is horrific.
