Everyone needs a "basic b*tch" answer in their top 10 and this is mine. Sorry, not sorry. I was one of my favorite shows as a kid and still sticks with me today.

It's frightening how relevant this piece of history from 100 years ago is today. The score and book are a masterpiece that was sadly hindered by a lack of production design. One day this will be revived and the production will be as perfect as the writing is.

My perfect jukebox musical. As a child of the 90s, the music strokes the nostalgia factor big time. And while I *HATE* BIO-jukebox musicals, I am a big sucker for ones that make and original story out of the music of choice.

I feel like everyone has that one guilty pleasure musical that you are unapologetically in love with and for the, that's Wedding Singer. A camp fest that does the movie to musical so well with fun songs, self aware jokes and just a good time.

There was once a time that I went into Into the Woods knowing nothing more about the show then it was about fairy tales. I wish I could have that kind of experience all over again because what this show does to take what you know and twist it, flipping it on it's head is genius.

Somehow one of the most perfect musical has all the things that shouldn't make it perfect. Especially the amount of story and characters. And yet is handles the task with perfection and is a classic masterpiece.

I loved this show from the first time my voice teacher made me sing from it and she loaned me the OBCR. The score is stunning. Getting to then see the equally as stunning revival production, it was just magical.

Would I call this show a flops? Yes. And that only makes me love it more. Every song is fire. The performances are iconic. The plot, the adventure. I can't explain more as to why I love it other than I just do.
