A S I wrote some REU recs for emailed me yesterday to say thanks and tell me about their REU. This S failed my course the 1s time. I talked about their growth, rebounding from failure, and finding value in the journey in their rec. I'm grateful their PI saw my point and gave them a chance 🎢

I tried my first #iteachphysics Building a Thinking Classroom activity last week. It went really well with noticeably more energy than I have seen when using the same basic task with a different implementation. Here are the details,
