It falls completely flat when I vent about this and get "why are you worried so much about what others think of you" when really I would just like to not be hair trigger with every stranger i meet. the imagined poor interactions are not entirely in my head, they're based on past + current experience

this year im not gonna focus on all the ways i messed up all the dishes and instead say im v proud of what i did to the cranberry sauce, gravy, turkey, and the pumpkin pie (<- this one was the highlight by a mile)
