-generally lived life to the fullest
-got pretty good at chess
-got much worse at video games
-with the exception of Tony Hawk's Underground 2, which I still play an embarrassing amount of

i'll add more if i think of more! it's been such a wild year

-scored a sweet internship
-made new friends!
-came out to my dad after DIYing my estrogen for three years (it went about as well as you'd expect. still, i did it!)
-got my first apartment
-finally took the plunge and went vegetarian
-broke my twitter addiction
-finally cut my hair short

-finally got confident enough to dance in front of other people
-wrote some really good poems and a short story or two
-the bengals missed the playoffs and i didn't even lose my mind
-perfected my two-step
-survived 60 hour weeks at amazon
-got my first academic publication

-finally started going to the gym (unfortunately with less frequency after the fall semester started)
-read more books in a year than ever before
-dean's list twice in a row
-got a boyfriend who's awesome
-cigarettes became a little treat to have at a party instead of being my worst vice
