Whew. Beautiful day! I managed removing dahlias out of grow bags. 15 to go. Had to stop as the sun going down. My toes are getting cold.

Whew. Beautiful day! I managed removing dahlias out of grow bags. 15 to go. Had to stop as the sun going down. My toes are getting cold.
Busy taking dahlias out of the grow bags, cleaned, and set on the work table to try for a day, divided and stored in containers filled with vermiculite. Tuckered away overwintering in the garage. 45 grow bags to go to empty. Hoping tomorrow would be a dry day.

So excited to have my backyard to be filled with bloom colors! Dahlia tubers I divided last fall are doing well! I lost 19 tubers and planted 109 tubers! Yup, 109 tubers from 14 dahlia plants I started with last year. Clematis are blooming this week. I’m so happy!

Beautiful day to start leveling the ground. The tree root rotted underneath causing the lawn gone mini rolling hills. Nature therapy for me.
