I deleted my Meta accounts yesterday. It's feeling very bittersweet. I'm ending 20 years of community. It's weird breaking the addiction of opening my phone and not automatically checking my socials. I have major FOMO. Then I remember my friends who don't have social media and I know I'll be fine.
