(I cook in a tiny trailer oven..I do ok considering I can’t slice like I used to be able to lol)
It’s a freshly made pepperoni pizza cooked a cast iron pan. It looks perhaps a little rustic, but tasty none the less, with it’s melty cheese and crispy bits Calzone! Fresh out of the oven, cooked on a piece of parchment paper (they like to leak a little), in a cast iron pan

The JADAM book is a fantastic resource. I have had great success with KNF in general..but particularly with bugs/pests JADAM has been amazing✌️
