I have heard of this. I think some friends did it and I watched. I wasn’t too keen on the idea. I also remember doing that thing where you stood in a doorway and pressed your arms out. Then you stepped out of the door and your arms lifted on their own. Not nearly as fun as passing out.

It’s just more of, “Look how fantastic I am for fixing something I broke” bullshit.
It’s maddening.
