They could indeed attempt to change so as to admit both F&M’s but the onus on single sex provision won’t vanish, nor the safeguarding issues which will hopefully be taken more seriously both in the GG’s and the Scouts for that matter.

The Girl Guides were set up by females children who Petitioned Lord and then Lady Baden-Powell for a girls organisation to mirror BP’s Boy Scouts.
