Prisoners under the "cruel and unusual punishment" of sleep deprivation have a minimum number of hours they're required to receive. It's more than I typically get as a family #caregiver but people bitch at me to do better.

I accidentally hit something on my phone so then my TV kept turning itself back on and trying to connect to YouTube. I thought it was done so I walked off, but then heard it for about the 5th time. Of all things it was on the DNC roll call??? Is...is the ghost of history messing with me tonight? 😬🤣
