Körnhöle - You Broke My Heart Like You Broke My Truck (And Unleashed the Vengeance of the Elder Gods)

I'm especially enjoying the sheer amount of E33 in that last pic. In my mind, it wasn't planned and everyone just decided to arrive in their finest baguette ensemble.

During WWI, Germany lost a U-Boat when a senior officer was too embarrassed to ask how to flush the toilet, and ended up flooding the sub while trying to figure it out for himself.

accessibility options let players skip certain challenges. Not much use to me personally, but handy for players who need the help.

Strange to see Eurogamer trying to demonise this by focusing on the 'AI' angle, and using unrelated Horizon images to remind us of their disdain for that franchise.

"...this overlay character would be able to demonstrate actions, such as how to solve a puzzle or by providing "example controller input button sequences"... Other times, the ghost could complete a section for the player."

Sounds reasonable? Games already provide hints and tutorials, and some

Literally every foodstuff is, somehow, a perfect name for a cat. Biscuits. Treacle. Gravy. Pierogi. Chowder. Even the unlikely options, like Soup and Salad, will miraculously suit a cat somewhere.

I remember that case. The most ghoulish example of AI woo combined with magical thinking. So far, anyway.

Will we be able to appreciate the nuanced plot and rich characterisation if we haven't played Abola, Bbola, Cbola and Dbola first?

Chugging a Red Bull and smashing a Snickers for the quick energy you need to chill HARDER and relax FASTER

Wait, you mean you CAN'T circumvent a century of precedent with an impassioned monologue that concludes "...and in the end, is that not how AMERICA am be do like?"

I genuinely enjoyed the lawyering in She-Hulk. Especially the lawyers who do the ethically sensible thing and HIRE A LAWYER when they get in legal trouble. Because not every lawyer is an expert in every field, and self-representation has its own pitfalls anyway.

I've heard it features a gladiatorial battle against an elite squad of giant ferocious mutant baboons. That made me (a) glad I didn't pay to see it, and (b) determined to see it eventually, preferably free-to-air.

The amount of cocoa in the chocolate is a key factor. Higher percentage of cocoa = less that a dog's able to safely consume, subject to other factors like their age, breed, and weight. Milk chocolate, especially from more affordable brands, tends to have a lot less actual cocoa in it.

Based on nothing at all, I'm going to guess at a 2031 release date. Just in time for Skyrim's 20th anniversary.

Data's standing BEHIND the target, as well. I've supervised *archery* ranges before, and if anyone steps a single foot over the safety line, everything stops until everyone's back in position. And that's literally ancient technology, not an energy weapon capable of levelling a building.

"No one is actually dead until the ripples they cause in the world die away" - Sir Terry Pratchett, 'Reaper Man'.

Poor Ea-Nasir is destined for true immortality, etched in the finest low-quality copper.

Star Trek Minus Context was one of my favourites on Twitter, so it was a godsend to find them posting here after that site, and then Threads, went down the proverbial toilet.

As a younger man I honestly thought the line was "give me the Beach Boys"

Especially when those bathtubs are as big as the eight-seater tables in the combination great room/ family room/ gourmet kitchen.

Horse, unicorn and pegasus statues are a dime a dozen. But do you ever see the humble nuckelavee immortalised in sculpture? No. Everyone likes a horse or a horse-shaped mythical creature, but apparently they draw the line at a skinless, poison-spewing man-horse-beast. Typical.

Unfortunately, the most reliable way to ensure something never becomes a meme is to utter any variation of "this should be a meme".

At least it's a coat bath with all the essentials: sink, toilet, utterly colossal second toilet

I read that the lead Next Generation cast were getting something like a million dollars per episode by the time their series wrapped. Not bad for two weeks on the job, especially for those episodes where their character had minimal lines and nothing big to do.
