1. Public health failed to prepare for pandemics.
2. PH failed to stockpile enough PPE.
3. PH failed to teach masses proper use of PPE.

The resistance has gotten off to a slow start, but there are now signs that the resistance is under way and growing every day. Americans have gotten a taste of fascism for the very first time and for just a couple of months, so they need a little time to organize. Pitchforks will eventually come.

Virtually everyone has moved on from #COVID. Although I always take strict COVID precautions in public, 99.99% of the people here in Los Angeles do not. The norm is zero COVID precautions around the world. Mostly abnormal people still wear masks, and extremely abnormal people wear 95s or better.
