During a recent interview, she coined the term ‘areproductive.’ Like ‘asexual,’ the word describes women who have no desire to have kids whatsoever; who don't feel any urge to engage with that part of their sexuality. The word is a more neutral option than the celebratory 'childfree' and the condescending 'childless,' which seems to imply that all women want children. Linguistically, 'areproductive' keeps the focus more toward a woman's sexuality than her child-having.
