I can finally say that I’ve heard Paul McCartney play “Letting Go” live, and with a real horn section, no less. For a hardcore McCartney fan like me, that’s a dream come true.

Tonight my fifth Paul McCartney show takes place almost 20 years to the day from my first. In a year that has taken so much from us, I am so grateful I get one more chance to experience this.

I hopped on the ACEO bandwagon this week, and now I’m dedicating a half hour a day to creating a little tarot card-sized piece of art. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a practice this much.

With everyone talking about the rerelease of “Buckingham/Nicks” and how originals go for $80 on Discogs, I’m eternally grateful to have bought my copy for ten cents back in college when record collecting was cheap.

Well, here’s a post I never thought I’d have to make, but here we are. The House Republicans just passed the bill that is going to send people like me to a death sentence. I’m a type 1 diabetic who relies on MinnesotaCare, a Medicaid program, to stay alive. That health care is being stripped away
