I often drive almost the full length of Sunningdale. A while ago, it briefly had a speed camera. Ever since—even though people know speed cameras aren’t always there—traffic speed is more reasonable and the street is much safer.
So, even if speed cameras are a cash grab, who cares? They work.

I was just now years old when I realized it’s pains-taking, not pain-staking. It makes a lot more sense, but I hate it.

To be anti-trans, or at least anti-trans-woman, you have to believe

In my opinion, contrary to intentions, encouraging Additional Rental Units (aka granny suites) has contributed significantly to the missing middle housing problem in #LdnOnt and it would probably be a good idea to repeal/revise that bylaw now.

How terribly disappointing. I hope this will be resolved in time to roll out in September.

One thing I like to do is consistently refer to a pile up on top of the ball as a cuddle puddle. It doesn’t really add to my enjoyment of the game, but a lot of men hate it, so that’s something. #SuperBowl

Wednesday mornings are a busy time in Unit 136. A retired woman comes in, grabs a coffee and plops herself down on the couch, looking longingly at some of the treats she can’t eat because of her diabetes. A baby’s legs kick happily in a high chair as she chomps on a banana while her mom eats a muffin, keeping an eye on a toddler. Laura Hinatsu sits on the floor, calling out a chipper “Hello, how are you?!” every time the door opens and another resident walks in.
