It has been a wonderful past year and I'm heartbroken to leave agenting, but I know in the end for me, it is for the best and everything will work out as it should.

Yes, I was doing some research today for something and I saw that a lot of the wording on the site has changed but faking clients that aren't yours and the rest of your thread listed still definitely makes you a schmagent. I'm beyond dumfounded and disgusted. Thank you for this thread!
