Maybe if whack my toe really good, I'll not feel the nerve pain in my spine so much. 🤔 Could be a workaround to at least change the focus for a bit 🤷♀️

This is not wrong. New fear unlocked! I'm *only* treating my chronic pain, but take away any chance of relief or possibility for restful sleep and I'll turn into a vampire.
