I feel a waffly report coming on😜 it really made me think when you said good thought to the others though, thought this was supposed to be typical of something and I hadn’t heard about it.

While the age seems a bit off and it is very pronounced, also could be IP?
Viral exanthems rarely have eos so it would also be way down the list.
