To go to urgent care or the ER, you need pre-approval within 24 hours at the latest. No one answered the phone for two days on the pre-approval line, so I sent an email. The email was answered 4 days later.
Thankfully my kid is fine, but what a nightmare of a system. Scams all the way down.
