Senator- We know what they did. Call for resignations. Your letter didn’t do that. This old-school genteel approach doesn’t work anymore. They don’t care. Fight harder and be clearer in your public remarks. These aren’t entry level jobs- huge bad choices have huge consequences.

This is what I'm wondering too. I remember when the Republicans were in the minority party- we heard from them all the time. There was so. much. grandstanding. I want to see and hear obstinate refusal to go along with this abuse of power from the majority.

I never used to talk like this - I feel like I'm sounding like a crazy conspiracist- but I literally see the erasing. The image below is just an example of a very public change.

Given the Stalin-esque rewriting of LGBTQ+ history across Federal webpages and the especially slap-in-the-face removal of Transgender and Queer identities from the Stonewall National Monument Webpage I wonder how much of the data hasn't been returned or has been modified.

Many removals are being done via written code to apply the restrictions that are imposed by the Executive Orders. Kebbler shared that you can see coders discussing how to do it. He also shared that basically it's just a task assigned to government contractors.

"...this is a widespread government effort to, I mean, destroy anything that they perceive to be associated with DEI or WOKE or the Left or the previous administration. And so there is really some malicious intent here beyond just like normal variants."

On the episode, Jason Kebbler, a co founder of 404 Media explained that the government had been posting things on GitHub and that these changes can be tracked. He shared that "There’s been like widespread purging of anything having to do with diversity, equity, inclusion..."

This is great. I’m teaching myself Dungeons and Dragons so I can run a campaign for my kids too. It just seems like a lot of fun. I’m glad your family is having a good time.

But when I see removals of materials that reference transgender and LGBTQ+ people after an organization requests a review to be in alignment with Pres. Trump's Executive Orders -when several (8? 9?) specifically take action against queer communities I am included to believe that's the reason why.
