My dog brings me joy every day, but lately I’ve been interacting with my neighbors on Nextdoor a lot by posting videos I’ve taken of birds at my birdbath. It’s a good thing to come together and enjoy. And the birds are often hilarious! 😆

Yep! It’s a bit shorter now because I cut off several inches every couple of years, but it grows very quickly. And I’ll let it go gray naturally, thank you very much!

Yep. Between my dog and this feral cat that has adopted me at work, they’re pretty much what’s keeping me going. I thank God I can bring my dog to work - it’s a quality of life thing for us both. And yes, she and the cat get along fine!

Cat distribution network has been visited upon me. This is a “feral” cat that really doesn’t want to be feral. Luckily my boss is an animal guy. 😁 And luckily my dog could not care less.

I wasn’t the one who found her, but Buffy has a similar story. Found with 2 other poodles on a deserted road. You can’t see much, but this was her intake pic. Matted and pitiful. Now my goal in life is to deserve her.

I guess none of the women in his administration who are holding positions no other women have held get zero recognition for it. (Not that they should, since they're just breaking everything). But I guess you reap what you sow.

Your post made me search for it. Found on Amazon (I know, I know.) I was up til about 4 am working on the first one. It had been a LONG time since I embroidered, so this was a good way to get that muscle memory back.

I have a few that are about 10 years old. I attribute that to not overwatering and putting them over my kitchen sink where they just do their own thing. At this point they bloom if they feel like it. Two this year feel like it so far.
