By modelling these 3 ways of working you will see a shift in your teams and also yourself. Workplace outcomes and wellbeing will thrive and engagement, enjoyment & purpose will be present in the interactions that matter.

1. Frame all work as a learning opportunity.
2. Demonstrate vulnerability
3. Adopt a curious rather than certain way of being.

Many of the middle leaders I work with do not initially have a strong leadership identity, so it is critical to foster this and align it with a strong reflective process of understanding self, others and the goals of the organisation.

⏳Like many of you I don't go for hours and hours or days of goal setting. So, I have planned this quick 1 hr session to set your focus giving you the opportunity to be align your goals with intentional everyday actions.
