Vegan empanadas! I admit I used some soy protein from Chile to get the authentic flavor, the soy here in Japan tastes so much different 😅

For all the vegans here in Japan: you can totally make some pizza by yourself, dont waste your time trying to find a restaurant since you hit a 24/7 supermarket and just cook one in 1 hour 😅

I just finished Metaphor today, and oh boy what a ride. This is an exhibition in Shinjuku, I ordered some exclusive merch and now that I completed it Im even more thankful that I can give more support to this amazing project ❤️
