The second is an entry on Afghanistan for Judge Barrosa and Richard Albert's International Review of Constitutional Reform that four of my students and I wrote together. Perhaps a follow-up read to the above chapter on newer developments.

Love that quote and throw it around a lot casually in other things but in this chapter I have actually not quoted many many people I would like to as I was working with a very small word limit.
