Sat, Jan. 3rd, 4:44 pm. My 17 year old son driving us through downtown Portland on the way home avoiding the 405. We took the Burnside bridge to SE instead of the Ross Island bridge from a hike in Forest Park. He still has a permit. Darby's a good driver!
