Borrowed some chickens from a friend to help with the grasshoppers this year. It's been a learning process but they're fun & now I'm attached to them 😅 uh oh.
My mom has really been enjoying having chickens.

Everything always feels like it's up in Denver, great to see so many people here too.
It gives me a lot of hope, I loved the live drum kit someone brought and the clever signs that made me laugh. We all deserve joy in these times

I've regularly been seeing chalk 'graffiti' on the bike path behind my house at least. It wears off and gets replaced with new phrases every so often. Gives me a little hope, but you're right that most people just don't know what's going on

I like a bunch of Bibigo's products, their vegetable dumplings are tasty and I like their chicken bulgogi ones as well if chicken is an option. If so, I also really like Wow Bao's teriyaki chicken bao. I've seen both brands at Costco and Kroger

Looks like it's been cancelled due to cold weather unfortunately. But seeing your post prompted me to go find Chinook Center on instagram so thank you! I may try to go to the COSMASU distro instead

For those of you out there like me that didn't know your phone could do this, on Android (I'm running ver 14 OneUI 6.1, ymmv) in the gallery app when looking at a screenshot you can either press the yellow [T] button in the lower right corner or long press on the text itself to highlight and copy! 🤯

occasionally the floor gets covered in socks anyway because two of our cats like to pull them out, or otherwise get into the living room socks drawer. case in point 😂

1) don't put it down, put it away
2) it's ok to make "away" a place that's convenient for you
3) if you keep your socks all together and wash & store them that way you don't have to hunt for them in the rest of your laundry
4) clear storage solutions help me remember I own things

we found a feral momma cat and her couple-days-old kittens in my backyard! caught them, fostered them, got them adopted out, and then we were going to TNR the momma but I really felt she's got potential to be a pet, so we're working on socializing her over the winter
