THC gives me terrible panic attacks so I only take 1mg mixed with CBD. Until my gummies run out. Then I’ll stop. But yeah, for me the drinking has been on a slow decrease for years. Never thought I’d ever be able to say no to a drink honestly. But yay for progress, for the both of us! 🥳🫶
