The form includes details such as recent photographs, medication details, key phone numbers, daily routines and familiar places the person may visit.

If the person goes missing, the completed document can be shared with police immediately, to enable a quicker and more effective response.

Babs will tour towns and communities across Scotland, helping people of all ages take steps to protect their brain health, from teaching children healthy habits to supporting adults in small everyday changes.

On Wednesday, Scott Mitchell and pupils from Hillwood Primary School were the first to meet Babs and try our new brain health activities, designed to educate, inspire and get everyone talking about brain health.

Babs is not just any inflatable, she is a giant, walk-through brain named in honour of the late Dame Barbara Windsor, who inspired so many by sharing her dementia story.
