I am thrilled to finally share this research in @feministreview.bsky.social! This article calls for transnational feminism to move beyond simplistic understandings of religion to combat religious fundamentalisms and construct a feminism of the masses (hooks).

In the last 10 months, I've spent time in Mexico and Argentina for my research. Here's what freedom of expression looks like at public universities (UNAM, UBA, and UNJu) in both of these countries.
