Padlet has worked really well for my new CoP where members introduce themselves and their hopes and desires for the community. Some have AI photos, some have their staff profile picture others have an image that represents their playful self.

Agreed. Important for members of a CoP not to judge others and avoid "well they don't take part like I do"... if the CoP is inclusive then it will equally value all engagement and small to big contributions.

A3 Encouraging members to share posts on Teams has worked well for me - this can be very empowering when we all have something to share even if it's something really small.

Q2 At a first CoP gathering we used Mentimeter to share what we'd like to get out of the CoP and then everyone put on their microphones and we read out a playful pledge. #LTHEchat

A1 #LTHEchat I agree Pauline also establishing what is bringing that CoP together and knowing what the shared interests are. For me, also regular gatherings to keep momentum going and having different ways to take part.
