Submitted to NIH yesterday, it was wild. Called the era commons help desk about 100 times, never a response. No guidance. NOSI not even in new system until like a week before to even submit at all. Had a required plan for enhancing diverse perspectives- which they removed the directions.

Short term steroids are the only thing I’ve found to relieve the pain- but there’s probably no evidence for it 🤣
