And then walking home, I went and picked up a record at a local shop and the store owner has a policy of doing a quick mental health "are you okay" check for certain music.
(Somewhat joking, but also not because checking in with people randomly is probably a good thing)

To be fair, he was a fairly sizeable 8 point buck, so.. but to do that in spitting distance of over a dozen houses? IDK maybe wait till you get home for that.

Um, no, unless the endgame is to stuff/mount the head of an animal he didn't hunt himself. And I mean, this is a densely populated suburban neighborhood, so I doubt he was hunting here, and there was no official clothing, vehicle, etc. SO absolutely bizarre.

Now I have to waste time harassing customer service and I can't make the gifts I had planned because the items are now out of stock online and in store since they also waited a week after packing the order to ship it. That's great.

In a weird way, it was a bit of a relief.. this has been going on so long, I was wondering if it was a little bit in my head (pain is such a complex thing), so seeing the ultrasound screen and having the exact spots where it hurts have very obvious problems was kind of like, well okay, that's real.

And the injection is the least scary of the options at hand with an easier recovery and way lower risk than any surgical procedure.
I'm still just .. uggh.

And if you walk by my tent wearing a t-shirt that says, "it's not xmas till Hans Gruber falls from the Nakatomi Tower," I will 100% stop you to tell you how fantastic that shirt is.

I always suggest other local beekeepers who do sell in bulk, but they always want mine (honored, really!), but I can't sell them what I don't have, and I can't possibly do it all (markets and wholesale and bulk orders). I'm *one* person here.

Plus there is a tight timeline of things I need to get done before I'm unable to use my elbow for a few weeks and with every day, that window gets smaller and smaller.
