Tofu mushroom lettuce wraps for dinner - the cure for this cold day. The combo of spice and crunch from the fresh veggies was just right. I used Dave Chang’s Momo Sweet and Spicy sauce as my base, with a little extra soy. Topped with shredded carrots, green onions, and almonds.

Discovered Anderson Cooper’s “All There Is” podcast about grief. This is the first one I listened to, with Amy and David Sedaris. Absolutely wonderful. Check out Colbert and Whoopi as well.
