What's the deal with the Cuban lung cancer vaccine? I've heard that it might be helpful for other cancers/pre-cancers as well, but it seems so different from other vaccines that I can't fully wrap my head around how it functions.

Of the age where they charged by the can, so we used to have a dedicated machine to do it for us (that almost assuredly resulted in some real world horrors on par with locking refrigerators).

In case anyone else has been charting outbreaks in dairy and livestock, and are confused by the chart, it's specifically confirmed human infections, not those in animals.
