Really wasn’t enough time at all, even though he did live beyond the breeds typical lifespan (12-15 years).
At least I got to be with him in his final moments, and he went out peacefully.

Today, my precious boy Jack crossed the rainbow bridge.
We had a wonderful 18 years together. I knew our time together wasn’t going to last forever, but I’m grateful for the years we did spend. Life’s not going to be the same without you around…

Went to Disneyland for the first time in a while yesterday, and the first time going for the holidays in 14 years.
Not been my year at all and I have a long ways to go, but at least I had fun and forgot about all my problems yesterday (albeit briefly).
