Music just looks broken too (even without Reduced Transparency). I have the option to View Status Bar enabled, but it does not appear at the bottom.

One thing that bothers me about the Liquid Glass is how poorly the redesign pairs with the Reduced Transparency option accessibility option. macOS 26.1 improved it, but why do toolbars (at least on Apple's native apps) have these garish drop shadows?

TIL that on macOS, if you press the ⌥⌘F5 key combination or hit the Touch ID button three times rapidly, it brings up a sheet that lets you quickly toggle accessibility options.

Picked this up from a local game store (with the box and manual)! Sonic 2 was the first game I ever played, and still my favorite game of all time. It’s good to own the original cartridge again.

Got an email from Nintendo that my Switch 2 has shipped. Looks like somebody passed in undefined/null/0 when creating the date timestamp. It’s been shipping since the Unix Epoch!

The Oblivion Remaster has been a lot of fun, and I like the QoL improvements (level scaling being the most noticeable).

Hoping that a patch is incoming for performance though. It can get very stuttery on the PS5.
