Lifted weights for an hour and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. The date I had the other day was so beautiful it was like a dream. He is so handsome, kind and is such a lovely soul. I hope to have a long friendship with him, if not a beautiful relationship. Thank you, Lord, for this blessing.

I have lunch date with a cute Brazilian man. He doesn’t speak much English and I don’t speak any Portuguese. We will make it work. I love technology.

Nope… no boyfriend. Helped him realize he is still numb from his breakup. We will still be friends. Maybe things will change in the future.

Might be on my way to having my first boyfriend…????!!!!! One can hope. He seems so sweet and caring. Dinner and then a Movie date on Friday. What a way to end my hectic work year.

It is natural to want to walk away from someone who doesn’t care about you, especially when they show it in their actions. It takes even greater strength to overcome those feelings of hurt, disappointment and realize that you might be the light they are searching for. Always choose good.

My usual gym permanently closes today. As sad as that is I made sure to give it a proper send off with an epic chest day.

Sometimes moving forward is the hardest path. It’s not what we are leaving behind, but instead knowing that the unknown is before us. However, it is often found the richest things in life lie in the unknown. Sometimes even Love.

I have a big job interview today. I know it will go well.

Told my darkest secret to my folks yesterday. It went as expected but not as bad as it could. They still love me. Only time will tell how things pan out for our future.

I received some very good news at work today. Things are looking great on the horizon. It’s all about patience. I will be patient. The right thing will present itself and then allow me to elevate to the next level. Also looking forward to going to go see a friend in August.

I realized Ive never shared a big step in my journey of fitness on here. I lost over 100 lbs after putting on a ton of weight during COVID and falling into depression. It took a lot of work mentally to dig myself out of that hole and get back on my journey, but I managed it.

2023 to 2025.

That spider didn’t give a f*ck and neither should I. When it gets tough, keep going.

Love the person you are. You’re going to be with them for a long time.

With the Super Bowl on, I am torn between looking for a new job and going to bed. I’m counting down the days until I travel again.
