Here for a long time, not for a good time
Would be a shame if their healthcare costs increased, huh? Resign.

So we can't get healthcare or an opposition to authoritarianism, but we can get training that's already widely available online for free in a market that is oversaturated with comp-sci degrees. Tim, it's not 1995; that was 30 years ago. Resign.

Oh come onnnnnn, seriously? You know he could put out a statement calling on his colleagues in the House to do this. Or even a nice vanilla boring moderate, "they should look into".

You are NOT doing everything in your power. You aren't moving for impeachment for war crimes. You aren't getting Schumer out, so we can have a competent opposition. And you aren't resigning in shame after voting to open the government without anything for your constituents who had to sacrifice.

💯. I'm almost impressed with the audacity of this post, it's so insulting to the legacy of someone who actually fought oppression.

Rosa Parks is an icon who was against the milquetoast, slow-change approach that you take. Wild that you would post this to remind us of what a coward you are by contrast. RESIGN.
December 1, 2025 at 5:06 PM
No one cares what you think, Tim. Resign.
December 1, 2025 at 12:47 PM
If you meant this, you would resign so we can get someone in there to fight back.

Resign.

We need you to stop "supporting" and start DOING. What is holding you back?
November 25, 2025 at 5:34 PM
Did you see where ACA subsidies are on the table now? They lied to you, and you didn't stand up for us. RESIGN.
November 25, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Just resign. Nothing you post is going to make this stop.
November 25, 2025 at 12:49 AM
I hope you'll resign and enjoy a wonderful retirement together.
November 24, 2025 at 5:13 PM
To wrap, this is the *first time in history* that the party in power was being blamed for a shutdown, bc Trump's brand is "I can do anything." We finally got a chance to make that a dilemma for them, but these 8 either didn't understand the difference vs past shutdowns or didn't care.
November 23, 2025 at 10:49 PM
Counter3: If this was the right time and price, why not *lead* and say that? No one believes it's a coincidence none of the 8 are up for reelection, they knew this was unpopular and did it anyway. If the whole party save a few are saying "no" then you can't moan when those few are seen as traitors.
November 23, 2025 at 10:47 PM
Counter2: Of all things why target a vote on ACA subsidies? They admit, to "show where the GOP stands". (1) We already know, they campaign on anti-ACA. (2) It's so the Dems can run ads "X voted to raise healthcare." So ppl get nothing, but the Senators maintain their seats. Again, it's insulting.
November 23, 2025 at 10:46 PM
Counter1: Why not reopen a week+ prior? Your article ignores that *even if we grant your args* these things were true the whole time. Feds went without pay for 40 days so NOVA would turn out for Spanberger. It's insulting.
November 23, 2025 at 10:45 PM
Arg2: They had to cave bc people would go hungry otherwise.

This is capitulation, full stop. Why is it never "the GOP had to cave bc people would go hungry?" The common answer has been "they don't care!" (1) I call BS, if things got bad, they would have been forced to. (2) States were stepping in.
November 23, 2025 at 10:45 PM
Arg1: Dems caved because Dem voters prefer compromise.

Let's assume that's true; then you can't blame people for trying to change that. It's circular to say "stop trying to push for less compromise, they did this bc Dem voters prefer compromise." Yes, that is what we are trying to change!
November 23, 2025 at 10:43 PM
Lazy analysis trying to sell a book, but let's break it down. Bear with me, I will answer the two arguments and provide 3 counterarguments.
November 23, 2025 at 10:43 PM
To be clear, there was a public outcry that caused them to walk this back. You did jack shit, but you're happy to make a post to take credit by implication.

Resign.
