If you're not allergic, low sugar peanut butter is excellent for building healthy bulk. I got really sick as a kid, almost past. When I started to get better, I couldn't eat anything but peanut butter sandwich, refried beans, scrambled eggs, and very little milk. Peanut butter helped a lot.
