This is my favorite question!!! the Frankenstein from Mary Shelley is a dark purple glittery color. And the hamlet from William Shakespeare is a deep blue teal with a slightly gold shimmer. They’re both incredible.

I got this from my friend Heidi! I usually make a double batch. If I don’t have apple cider vinegar, balsamic will do. I just take a big gulp about three times a day. And keep it in the fridge!
Cayenne Cold Syrup 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 Tablespoon honey* 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar* 2 Tablespoons water Mix and take by the Tablespoon. Make a double or triple batch and keep in the fridge. *Raw is best, but pasteurized is still beneficial.
