What a strange take. Why does being pleasant mean he couldn’t have done the things alleged? People do shady stuff behind the scenes all the time - regardless of how pleasant they are. This guy can’t be so naive. Looks like a strategy to close ranks/curry favor.

He is such an incredibly unserious person. Maybe he wants to just remain in opposition forever. It’s so much easier to criticize than actually address or solve problems.

What a stupid thing to fight about. Someone can be an employee or a contractor while working for an org. Why not focus on the important question of what he is doing and is he qualified to do it?

The memo being released right around the time the DOJ response to G Maxwell Supreme Court appeal was due can’t be a coincidence. Maybe the memo was meant to lay groundwork to justify not challenging her appeal. But it blew up and now he’s stuck. She must have so much dirt on him.

That all may be true but that’s not what you said. Why the hyperbole? Anyone could find 5 min to read the “mega” bill in full. Presumably no input was taken because of economic urgency, and it’s just a framework, which requires consultations with indigenous peoples before any decisions are made.

This is a misleading statement. It’s a very (!!) short bill and there were 20 days to read it. Short doesn’t equal insignificant but all it did was create a framework to evaluate projects. There will consultations as projects arise.

It isn’t about policy. It’s about trust. Who can be trusted to implement policies effectively and in a way that doesn’t screw people over. PP is losing on that front bc he’s nasty, divisive, and misleading. He may have good ideas but they get buried in the insults and BS. Can’t take him seriously.
