While this might sound odd to most people, shopping platforms have seen a massive increase of traffic from AI agents. As a result they started to partner with the companies to create tools that allow people to buy directly from the AI agents. This is will continue to grow, until the bubble bursts

Yeah, I can totally see that, and I can't really predict how it will play out for most of the writers. While there's discussion on how to improve AI access to websites with the proposed llms.txt standard, I feel like it should also allow blocking agents to crawl

A new business model will arrive as AI companies having to pay for the lost ad/visits revenue. It's already happening with e-commerce, where big players such as Amazon and Shopify partnered with ChatGTP to offer integrations to buy stuff directly from the chat window

Even though I haven't really used time passage at my games yet, I liked @ginnydi.com's approach. It feels fantasy while still feeling familiar, in comparison to 10-day weeks and completely unusual names for days and months.

I should have trusted my guts and broken into a fight early on. It has been said before that players will always optimise their way out of the fun, but avoiding fights for first time players seems to cause the same effect.

Before our next session I will ask them what they expect and plan around it
