I’ve finally got the chance to catch up on Dune: Prophecy. Watching Episodes 4 & 5 tonight.

Dune: Prophecy Episode 3. This one dragged for me. Ironically it’s the one that’s adapted the most BH/KJA material. The flashbacks all felt like information we could have simply inferred, but I’ll hold full judgement until after we see how it all plays out. I thought both Tula’s were amazing this ep

Just finished Dune: Prophecy episode 2! It’s still good fun. The A-Plot with the Sisterhood and Desmond Hart is great and so engaging. The B (or really it feels more like a C) Plot concerning the royal youths & rebellion feels very CW and out of place — much like the Pilot.

The first episode of ‘Dune: Prophecy’ was good fun. Not as incredible as the films - and weakest when pulling from the BH/KJA books - but some interesting plots set up, and so great to back into this world!

I’ve been brushing up on a lot of Shakespeare’s History Plays, and noticed a monarchy gap of Henry III & Edward I that aren’t covered by Jacobean plays (EII has a Marlowe, and EIII has an obscure Shakespeare). So of course the cogs are now ticking in my brain as to whether I should do something...
