Yes, I’m not familiar with this history specifically but I know the parish (which has multiple great churches, including one of diss. topics) and they have been combined w/ multiple others, so I assume it’s as part of that

Pleasure reading thread 2025 #24: Uwe Johnson, Begleitumstände

This was interesting, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a first book. I definitely want to read a novel, probably (per someone’s suggestion) Das Dritte Buch von Arnim. Also he seems like a difficult man
