I have worked for 2 years to see my 87 year old mother. Her US tourist visa was denied just for being Venezuelan. I was able to get a UK visa for her so that we could meet in Mexico. Now, how does she return? How can I send her back? How can she stay in Mexico? How do I return to work?

Why can't we do this for passports for trans people? Trans people have the right to move across state and countries without the risk of having a passport invalidated. If they can't have the correct gender on their passport then maybe we should go back to no gender on passports.
