2 - NEW - V1 Oatmeal Banana Red Ale mini-rolls test ... samples for folks to try.
3 - Peppercorn Maple Red Ale roll for me to eat with burgers.
4 - Oatmeal Stout dough for freezing to ensure it works as a frozen dough.

Grilled Ham and Cheese on Caramel Apple Red Ale Bread and Applewood Smoked Ham.

It got a little well done, griddle was a bit too hot and the bread was a bit too thick. Next time the bread will be a bit thinner and the griddle not as hot.
